Okay so I recently discovered that I have a Bartholin Gland Cyst. I have a surgery scheduled for Monday, Aug 4th to remove it. This would be my first surgery ever and first time put under anesthesia. I'm extremely nervous but I haven't showed it because my mom is even more nervous and I just want to assure her I'll be fine.  I'm freaking out though!!  Has anyone had this kind of surgery before? How was your recovery? How do they know you won't wake up during the surgery? 😖😰
