Little help please

My fiancé has been acting weird lately. In the four years that we've been together I've never seen him act like this. For example he got downsized and instead of telling me this he left the house everyday at the same time and went to basically sit at his dad's law office. And the only reason i found out that he was at his dad's office is because I stopped by to clear some wedding budget issues with my future father in law.
