C section work out

Hey momas! 
I just had my third c-section ( 4months ago) I'm good to start working out and such I find that when I work out even just walking ( not even a mile) I have some redish/brown discharge is this normal? Also what does everyone do diet/exercise wise after a section to get your body back? ( my first "ruined"
Me and I still have "baby weight" from him would love to be back to pre pregnancy from all three help! 😫
