IUD experiences?

I really want an IUD but I'm pretty nervous hoping someone out there can tell me what it's like? Some people told me it hurt and others told me they don't feel anything. Hoping y'all can tell me about your experience 😊

Yup, insertion hurt me. But, worth it because, no babies!

The only part that hurt was when they numbed my arm. I didn't feel anything else

Just got mine 3 days ago before going in I took ibuprofen 800 the pain was like mild cramping on the scale 2 out of 10 and then on and off same mild pain all day now I'm totally good.

Insertion was pretty painful and difficult, and the first two months brought period-like symptoms that were unusual to me. Six months later it's like nothing is there
