Advice on trying to get pregnant!

I have been off my dipo shot for over a year now; just recently in the last 4 months I've started my period regularly again. Thankfully it seems my body is attempting to get back to normal. My fiancé and I have been having sex almost everyday. Now since having this app I'm able to track when I'm the most fertile! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
