Giving birth after a miscarriage
I recently found out I am about 12 weeks pregnant and I can't sleep (it's 3 a.m.) so I figured I'd log on and ask a question that's been on my mind. This child is my 4th. I have a 12 year old,9 year old and an angel baby(20Feb16"). I guess this would be my Rainbow baby. I have mixed emotions due to the fact that I'm approaching the time frame in which I previously miscarried. Lately I've been thinking heavily on my birthing options. My children were delivered by emergency cesarean and I've been told this one will be a scheduled cesarean. However, considering this may be my last child I want to know what it is like to give birth naturally. I've been told that since I miscarried in the second trimester I've basically given birth naturally already but are the two even comparable? There were no meds involved and I did opt to go home and miscarry naturally (and I felt EVERYTHING over a 72 hour period)! Do any of you have experience with natural birth after a cesarean? Pros and Cons?
