Pets and babies??

Hi ya'll! 
Just wondering if anyone has been worried about adding a human baby to the bunch because of your pets you already have. For the last 8 years they have been my babies and I have spoiled them rotten (oops) but now that a real baby is coming, I feel so guilty that they won't be getting as much attention. I love my fur babies so much. Any advice?

My puppy is my first baby.. He has adapted fine to the new human baby!! He's his body guard and sleeps in his room with him!

We had 3 pets before our daughter was born, 2 cats and a dog. The cats were my babies and to be honest they adjusted to my daughter quite well. The one cat loves her to this day and the other two animals are indifferent. The one thing we did was after my daughter was born and they out the little hospital hat on her we had her wear it for a few hours. My husband then took the hat and took it home and just left it on the floor where all the animals could smell it and get used to it.

This makes me nervous as well. I'm not expecting yet, but trying for the last 14 months. I have one dog that's as sweet as can be with everyone and is very laid back... My other dog however, only likes my fiance, me, my mom, dad, and sister. Any strangers she gets nervous and bites out of fear.. She's bitten five people so far (not big bites, just fear 'nips').. And my fiance would be heartbroken if we had to get rid of her.

My 10 lb dog is super attached to my husband and I. He freaks out when another animal comes near us - and sometimes people depending on the circumstance. Super nervous about how he'll handle a human baby. But, I'll do whatever it takes to make it work. He's my little fur nugget and I love him too much to not.
