help please

for the past few days my toddler hasn't been eating he'll take a few bites of something then when I offer it again he'll shake his head and start crying. He drinks his milk, water and juice fine but he just won't eat. We just moved into a new house idk if that affected him or what but he's never been like this. he is 13 months old. Should I take him to the doctor, give him Enfamil grow or what?
