I think I'm dying ...
Ok ladies. So on Tuesday I weighed myself and I weighed 127.9 I was on a meal plan regimen so I ate at the same time and the same thing as Wednesday and Thursday. I weighed myself at the same time and consumed the same amount of water all three days. On Wednesday I weighed 116.4 which I thought was weird. I had lost 11.5 lbs. Now my sister weighs herself the same time as me every day her weight didn't fluctuate like that so I know it isn't the scale. Now yesterday (Thursday) I weighed myself yet again and I weighed 104.2. I am supposed to be on my period but I have just been spotting. Also I work out for an hour every day and eat very healthy and only drink water (82 oz. Per day). This morning I weighed myself instead of waiting all day and I weighed 117.4. What is going on? Any advice? I'd rather not break my bank by going to the doctor.
