Signs of labor coming soon??

So ive been having contractions lately, starts by feeling like a bad period coming on, then pain in my lower back, and cramping in my stomach muscles. My discharge has also increased and changed to a light yellow color. I am also going to the bathroom throughout the night as much as i did in my first trimester, and sleep is nearly impossible. I cant tell uf hes dropped because hes been low, like sitting on my cervix low my entire pregnancy. Im currently 32 weeks. Ive read on the what to expect site and these are all indicators that ill be delivering in the next week to 4 weeks. But i wanted to see if any other mothers have experienced this before labor.
