So ladies help me out here. I've been diagnosed with pcos since the age of 16 (27 now) and I'm currently on some kind of birth control called gildess 1-20. It has caused me to have irregular periods. I'm either bleeding for 10 days straight or I'm not bleeding at all for a month and a half. I was never fully regular but I had my period every 30 to 35 days. Lately, I've been having some awful cramps right after having sex. My last transvaginal ultrasound was last year. Is it a cyst, could I have developed endometriosis within a year and do you think that the birth control has screwed up beyond return? I'm sorry for all the questions but I'm freaking out and my psychical is scheduled for the 17th. I'm afraid that I'll never be able to have babies! Thanks for reading!
