Can I stop taking my prenatals?

I'm 13 weeks and I been taking them since I was 5 weeks, the other night I had a vommit fest after I took my vitamin there so big and taste gross as hell lol Is it safe to stop taking them? I stopped a few days ago.

No! They're so important for baby's growth and development, especially at that stage! You should be taking them before conception , all throughout pregnancy and even post natal! Very very important!

My last two pregnacies I haven't , I found they do more harm than good to me.. And my son is perfectly fine and I know my daughter will be as well!!

I haven't taken prenatals since my first trimester and in having a csection Wednesday. I feel fine.

I would talk to your doctor and see if there is an alternative. If you take it with food or at night it helps me out. My sister I think took flinstone chewable vitamins cause she couldn't swallow the prenatals

It's perfectly fine to not take prenatals. I'm not because all of them make me sick. Just make sure you're getting all the vitamins both you and baby need another way.

Try taking the gummy ones - I did that while my nausea was really bad and I couldn't swallow pills.

Prenatals did the same to me!! Usually if you take them after you eat breakfast it'll help the nausea, or take them at night. I started taking Rainbow Light (I found them at target) and you can take them on an empty stomach, and they're all plant based. They're the only ones that haven't made me feel sick. I was taking gummies but ewww I thought they tasted nasty 😂

I would talk to your doctor before stopping.  I take the gummy prenatal... they are yummy and cause no side effects!  I buy them at target!

I had the same issue with the first sets of prenatals.  I am now taking gummy version instead.  Trust your baby will take everything it needs from you even if it means you loosing all your teeth lol. If you choose not to take prenatals be sure to have well balanced meals.
