Looking for support

Hi Ladies,
Yesterday evening I had emergency surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy. On July 13th I had my day 3 ET of my 2nd IVF cycle (my first Ivf resulted in a missed miscarriage due to chromosomal abnormality at 7 weeks and D&C). My first beta test was scheduled for July 25th but that same morning AF started, so I was expecting the test to be negative. When the nurse called she told me it was positive but very low at 20. They expected it was going to be an early miscarriage since I was bleeding. They wanted to monitor my hcg levels. Over the next 1.5 weeks rather than dropping, they kept on rising to nearly 1000 despite the fact I was bleeding for 12 days straight. An ultrasound on Friday afternoon revealed it to be an ectopic pregnancy in my left tube. The tube was dilated so they had concern for impending rupture and advised laparoscopic surgery to remove the tube rather than medical management with methotrexate. At surgery they discovered I also have endometriosis, which at least sheds light onto previously unexplained infertility. It's still so hard to wrap my head around having an ectopic pregnancy when they transfer the embryo into your uterus. I'm feeling quite discouraged and would appreciate any words of encouragement. I feel like every super rare and unlikely bad thing is happening. I am praying for a speedy recovery so we can move forward and try again. I wish all of you a much smoother journey and pray someday we will all achieve our dreams.
