Anyone ever feel like they're going to pass out?

29 weeks. Heart starts pounding, face and arms get tingly and hot. Feels like low blood sugar, but I don't think it is. Also, feels like dehydration....I've been drinking lots

Sounds like low blood pressure. I've had this with my previous pregnancy and now this one. My blood pressure dips really low, and comes back up. Unfortunately with me, my blood pressure is typically on the lower side, so when I started developing preeclampsia with my last pregnancy, they weren't able to catch it until I was being rushed to the hospital in the ambulance. Keep an eye on it, and make sure you're getting plenty of rest and your iron intake too.

Are you standing when this happens? I've had it happen when standing too long (which at times while pregnant is only like 20 minutes).

I've had this happen while sitting down. Sometimes standing. I have to lie down immediately or it feels extremely worse

I actually did pass out!  And I had just ate lunch as well !  I drink an orange juice a day and that seems to help. Also small more frequent meals throughout the day help too. Instead of larger meals. That always makes me feel that way as well. Hope all is well !

I passed out at 29 weeks. I was not hot or anything, just sitting at my house.

It happened to me and it was my blood sugar. I ate some protuen. Drank some water and felt so much better within an hour or so.

I recently starting taking iron supplements bc my labs came back inward anemic at 27 weeks

This happens to me and I found I am anemic. It makes me out of breath and dizzy very easily. I had to add additional iron to my prenatal pills.

Could be low blood pressure thats my problem. I have actually blacked out from it!
