Do Pain Medication Work On You?

I recently got fillings and he gave me 2 shots bc it wasn't numbing. That still didn't work so he had to give me the strong one, that finally worked. I had 2 fillings done today so that was 5 shots all together. When I have cramps even a bunch of ibuprofen doesn't work, and mydol barley works. So I want to know if that's the same for you.

Tylenol doesn't do shit, ibuprofen makes me sick. Basically Aleve is the only pain medicine I can take
