Bipolar manic depressive
Does anyone's else bipolar only spike on the week of their period?? I manage fine with the meds I'm on I just wondered if it was intense for others as it is for me. I usually immediately know when I'm gonna rag because I get undeniably sad. Like the person closest to me just died, type of sad. How do you guys deal with this sadness?
