I have terrible cramps!!!

According to this app, I will start my period in nine days. I have terrible cramps. There was a time I was laid out on my break room floor at work. I used 200 mg ibuprofen pills but that does not work. I was thinking of trying midol. I just need pain killers that work fast. It took an hour for the ibuprofen to kick in and I don't want to be in that situation at work or school. I also don't want to get on birth control because I bleed constantly when I was on it. Please help!
