Been passing them for 2 days, smell horrible look like a pocket of dried blood, got off my period Wednesday but my period was 2 weeks early, could this be my ovarian cysts or miscarriage?

It could be fetal tissue from a miscarriage. It could be infection. It could be something else. I would call your doctor and leave a message for the on call doctor so they can advise you.

I'd save it in a plastic baggie to show the doctor. And if you have a fever or pain, I'd go to the ER. You don't want to take any chances.

I had extremely huge clots during my miscarriage.
I bled for about 2 weeks and passed things that looked like this frequently.

I would definitely talk with your physician.
