Please help....

I am going insane..... I had protected sex about 2 months ago.... My period was late about a week but it came.... But than I read that you can also get your period when u are pregent.... I have been nervous and stressing out, I have had two periods since than and my first one ending in brown blood I am on my now but I should of ended on the 31st but I am still spotting brownish/red blood..... Please someone help.. I don't know what to do
