Breast Reduction

Has anyone had a breast reduction? What sizes were you pre/post op? I am a F size and feel like I can't hold myself up anymore sometimes because of the weight and have pain in my hips and back when I lean forward too much (when doing my makeup over the sink or doing dishes for example) I have always had larger breasts than my friends and they have gotten so big since I gained weight but I feel like working out with them this large would be even more painful. Any advice/experience with this problem?
