TMI PIC- Can someone tell me what this may be?

I have these bumps on my inner thighs. Does anyone know what it may be and does anyone else have them? I feel so nasty and unattractive.

Just looks like days of sweaty gross chafing. I have thick thighs and mine look very similar to that for most of the summer

I get the same thing from a couple of different things. When my thighs rub together for an extended period of time. If I wear a certain material and it kind of 'roughs me up'. Or if I am working out and wearing biking shorts/spandex. Sometimes the mixture of tight material/sweaty body is no Bueno.

I have the same thing. I'm going to make a derm appt soon.. I was online for hours and I'm pretty sure what I have is Hidradenitis suppurativa... look online about it. It's weird it got alot worse at the end of my pregnancy and then again after I stopped breastfeeding and they come and go but I have dark spots and some scars.
