Morning Sickness.. Poo?

Hi for the last few weeks every few days I wake up in the morning and get hit with nasuea and angross feeling stomach. I never throw up though, its always some intense poops and then i feel better. What could this be, morning sickness?

I was suppose to start my period two days ago and yesterday I got some very light spotty bleeding which concerns me that it could be implantation bleeding, but i wouldnt be getting sick yet if it was that, right?
