Progression in early pregnancy is best measured every other day. 
Use the same brand and type of test for progression status. 
For instance... 
If you first tested on Monday with FMU in a Clear blue plus or minus test 
Then next progression test is Wednesday same time urine and test 
Compare those lines and you should see progression
