Help with Clear Blue digital ovulation predictor

Now that I've gotten this, when should I test? I had my period over 14 days ago which is the standard time by which I would normally start peeing on the ovulation sticks to check my LH surge. I have PCOS and this is the first time I'm using a digital ovulation predictor. Should I go ahead and test?
