Labour question

Hi everyone. ..i had my baby 2 weeks ago...it was very painful..although i took epidural the doc poked me 4 time to find the right spot..n took me 45 mint to push tge baby out..my first baby...n had 3rd degree tear. I know that doc didnt use any forceps or anything like that..but today i was checking hospital papers n on one section beside NEWBORN RESUSCITATION: it said stimulation.

I didnt know what it meant..if anyone know plz explain to me.

Whne my baby was born his head was a bit long but now it looks normal but doc didnt wrry abt that n he was 8 pound 6oz.
