Weak 😩😩

I had surgery last Thursday and I'm feeling terrible! All it was was to get some skin cancer spots taken off! I am incredibly weak constantly, and I can barely walk up a flight of stairs without my heart beating out of my chest and being dizzy (I'm a long distance runner??!). I have to go to school tomorrow. Any tips on how to build myself back up?
