Skin sensitivity

Does anyone else have extra sensitive or dry skin? I know it can be a symptom, but I haven't personally known anyone who has experienced it while pregnant. When I dry off my face after a shower, my cheeks get red, blotchy and kinda itchy until I put lotion on, and at the end of the day, my belly is the same way.. red, blotchy and itchy.. I think I'm sensitive to our laundry detergent. I bought new kind for sensitive skin, but haven't used it yet... anyone else have any skin changes?
