I did cocoa oil and lotion on top of that. I would leave it "wet" and when ever j went to the bathroom I would reapply. It helped :)
Help boobs are super dry need advice
I'm 4 1/2 months preggers and my boobs have already grown a half cup size they are super dry and have patches of dry skin that will bleed. I have been using coconut oil and lansihoh but it's not helping! Any other ideas out there???

Only thing I can think of would be the ointment your already using and a heavy lotion. Coconut oil miiight not be thick enough of a lotion to use if your struggling. Maybe try a thick lotion that stays on your skin a while. Itll soak into deeper layers of your skin. I hope you get things figured out (:
