Abuse help

Idk if this is abuse or what but we argue all the time. He always ignored me and stops talking to me saying I'll just tell my parents or I don't understand. He sometimes pushes me out of the way wheI'm blocking his oath he breaks things too. Well recently I told him to pull over in the parking lot to talk well he got mad because it was taking too long  punched out a vent in his car then when I wouldn't let him drive off he started punching my hand so I would move it. I told him all he had to do was talk to me things don't have to get this bad a relationship is built on communication  well I'm now in a wrist brace because I'm severely bruised and do rained and a possible fractured wrist.  I've also got scolded for getting jealous.  He's very sweet but temperamental sometimes idk what to do
