Does anyone know what these spots on my chest are? There's two red ones & then one that appeared recently and is raised a little. Should I be concerned?

I have those all over my mech and chest. 😅 Pretty sure it's just acne or something. Nothing to worry about. 🙃

Maybe blood vessels? My mother had a red bump like pimple that couldn't be popped. Nothing to worry about though! Unless it starts to hurt and become irritated then go see a doctor!
