okay , so I've been reading up on this diet. anyone tried it ? does it work ?

I'm assuming it's a diet where you eat just watermelon? Don't do it. Asking for trouble. I have a degree in nutrition and all I can say is avoid the fads and the cleanses. Just exercise, lower your calorie intake and love yourself and you will lose weight.
