Yeast infection?

I was just wondering if a yeast infection can cause the inside of your vagina (and the opening/labia) to have white bumps?

Sounds more like genital warts, genital warts don't look like warts they're more like skin coloured raised bumps of skin

Im experiencing this aswell but i only have one white bump there but i dont know what to do. Ive never had any sexual contact down there
