Sleep without feeding?

My son is 7 weeks old and I was just curious as to how long I can let him sleep without feeding him? Like when how long before I should wake him?

I believe as long as he is gaining weight you don't need to wake him. Your baby will naturally wake up when hungry to feed

Yep don't wake as long as baby is gaining. My 7 week old has been sleeping 9+ hours at night and makes up for feeding during the day 😊

My pediatrician said 6 hour stretches are what he recommends until 4 months, and then 8+ stretches. But we track all of our baby's feedings and sleep times, and he gets plenty of calories during the day to sustain him a night, so with doctor approval he's sleeping around 7 hours a night.

I Dont wake my daughter to eat I let her wake up on her own when she's ready cause when I was waking her every few hours to eat she would only eat 1 oz then fall asleep and I couldn't wake her back up cause she went into a deep sleep lol so it was pointless. I just wait till she wakes up on her own then I feed her :)

My ped said after she got to her birth weight and was gaining weight normally I could let her sleep. My 10week old sleeps 8-10 hours at night
