What is this?? TMI!!

Question

Yesterday was my second highest fertile day. We had sex when he got home and this morning go to pee and this is all hanging out of me. I know TMI but I need help. A little worried. Had cramping last night after it all happened.

The cramping pain, depending on what kind it is, could actually be ovulation pain. Often the side you ovulate from hurts or hurts the most. Not sure about the bleeding since I've never experienced bleeding outside of periods and sex during/Dr visits during pregnancy. Coincidentally if you get pregnant the side that you ovulated from often hurts during the weeks that follow conception because it's secreting pregnancy hormones. I asked the US tech during my ultrasound if I had ovulated from my left side because I hurt more to the left during those first initial weeks. Since they look at your ovaries as routine to make sure everything is alright she could tell me for sure if had it hadn't (which I had).
