Small fundal height measurement.. Any advice?!

So throughout my whole pregnancy I've always been small, taking a while for any type of bump to show, but at my doctors appointments and sonograms me and baby always measure just fine and right where we should be for my due date.. At my 30 week doctors appt. today, my fundal height is measuring me to be about 26 weeks 😳 my doctor ordered a sonogram to check the baby's growth, but I was just wondering if anyone on here has been in this situation and it turned out that your little bundle of joy was just a bit smaller than usual, yet still healthy? My baby's heartbeat is strong and she's still kicking around like the little ninja she's been for the last 10 weeks, so I'm not too worried, but still curious.. Thanks in advance!!

With my first I had the same issue. I was having high blood pressure issues from almost the beginning but it never turned into pre-E. But from about 30 weeks on I had ultrasounds once a week to keep an eye on baby's weight she was always around 10th percentile in weight and I also had low amniotic fluid. I was told to drink a gallon of water a day and take two 30 minute baths a day. At one point I was admitted over night at the hospital for IV fluids that helped to bring up some fluid. I ended up getting induced at 37 weeks. My daughter was healthy but tiny. She was 5lbs 14oz and 19in long.

My friend just had her baby .. And she was always measuring small because she and her bf (father of her baby) are on the small side and her baby was small also .

Baby may be small or your fluid may be low. There's all different reasons why you are measuring small. You'll find out more when you are seen by the doctor.

I always struggle to write when I see people asking about this. But I guess here's my story..... 
Last year I was 31 weeks pregnant with my son and my fundal height was measuring 26. So I was scheduled for a sono. My son was measuring very very small and found out he had a heart defect. I ended up having him at 37 weeks and he weighed 3 pounds 8oz.

I'm the complete opposite. At my 30 week checkup my fundal height was 33 😳

I have the same thing, 29 weeks and was previously mid size on scans now off the bottom of charts. Going to scan today will let you know what they say. Hoping it's just because I am small and short (5'1 & 105lb before pregnancy). Have been gaining the recommended weight and bump seems big to me!

I've had it both ways.. my daughter measured on the smaller side. She was born at 31 wks due to serve preeclampsia and ended up being right on target for her gestation,now pregnant with my third, he is measuring on the bigger side. All my babies have Been healthy. It's important to remember that ultrasounds aren't 100% correct and can be off by up to a pound.
