Twins??

So my husband has A LOT of twins in his family and I'm really scared that I'll end up with twins. How did you handle having twins?? (To the women who have had twins or know somebody)

Twins genetically come from the mothers side of the family not the fathers.

Twins happen when you ovulate 2 eggs, therefore your husbands genetics has absolutely nothing to do with it. Identical twins are completely random, so there's no way to predict that.

Well I found out it doesn't have to be on the moms side cause all the twins are on my husbands dads side and his mom has twins so it really just depends. Also she's a nurse so..

Thank god it runs on moms side. My hubbys mom is a twin and his dad had twin siblings!
