Help me! Advice for constipation
Hey ladies I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant and I just started becoming constipated. This is something I am not familiar with. Are there any remedies you guys suggest? This is terrible. I don't want to have to go to the doctor immediately I want to try to remedy this first myself. Suggestions please I really want to go back to 💩 TMI I know but it's getting real!
