Pregnancy possible with 2% morphology?

All of my diagnostic testing has come back normal: labs, hsg, ultrasound. My SO SA came back 27 million, normal motility,  but only 2% morphology. Anyone have experience (positive or negative) with this low of a normal morphology? He is going to get another analysis done in a few weeks but I'm just wondering if I should prepare myself for needing iui or ivf

My husband had low morphology and we needed IVF with ICSI to conceive out first born. Then lo and behold, we got pregnant naturally with our second and our third born and our little angel we lost in May. I have no clue what changed but I think his morphology must have improved!  I wish you the best of luck. :)

Yes it's possible even naturally! I'm a living proof. My DH had a high count (97 millions), 78% mobility and 2% morphology and we did it naturally!

I'm in the same boat. DH has been taking a variety of supplements for 3 months now. TTC month #16. Hoping this is our month!

My husband had 16 mil and they put him on Clomid for 6 weeks one every other day. 50 mg and his count is up to 37 mil and motility went from 4 mil to 12 mil. They gave him more Clomid for another 6 weeks and added trenta. Trenta is a a drug that makes your platelets form a straight line. It's not a blood thinner.  Anyway the doc says it has shown to greatly increase motility. I have PCOS so I just started Femera and we are trying 4 rounds until we try IUI. No fertility benefits so IVF out.
By the way no hot baths and limit the beer for the husband. Hot baths and hot tubes cook the boys.

My husband has low count and mobility! I know more about male issues than female! Lol!

Put him on fertilaid or some supplements, re test in 2-3 months and see if it improves.  You might have to do an iui if the dr recommends it! Good luck!
