You need to take you temp first thing in the morning same time every morning.Before you get out of bed there needs to be very little movement

You need to take your basal body temperature in the morning before you move around for consistency. Unless you work a job where your longest sleep cycle is later in the day, it should be in the morning. Not only that, but the hour should be consistent. Even 30 min. can make a difference.

I don't think your temp is giving the information to go on whether you could be pregnant. So, sure, you could still be pregnant.

You have to take your bbt in the morning before you even get out of bed. It's not accurate if you take it any other time or after getting out of bed.

I highly recommend downloading Fertility Friend and starting the free lessons. It will teach you everything you need to know to accurately track BBT. It sounds like you aren't even using a BBT themometer and that will help with accuracy. I keep mine at my bedside because it's not accurate if you get up at all. It needs to be first thing after a good block of sleep at the same time every morning.
