Nipple Piercings?

I just had my nipples pierced two days ago and was just wondering if it's worth getting the sea salt spray or does a sea salt soak work just as well? When should they stop bleeding? Yes -- my piercer gave me aftercare sheet and what not but I don't want to keep bombarding him with questions. Lol

I use both. I do soaks and then use the spray afterwards. Nipple piercings take forever to heal so babying them is the best way to keep them problem free.

I never used sea salt on mine... only soft soap.
