There are plenty of reason no to use a corset (that's what it is). It's not healthy and can have harsh long term side effects. Not to mention, it doesn't really work. The moment you take it off, your body starts going back to its normal shape. If you want a narrower waist and be healthy, then you have to  work for it. Eat right and excercise. There's no shortcut or trick that beats that.

I'll be back in mine after a few weeks of having the baby. I'm a bigger girl so once I found out I was pregnant mine went back into storage. But I don't think you should wear them while pregnant. Having said that. If it isn't on tight and you know it's not affecting the baby, fair enough. Just be really careful

I love wearing mine when I'm on AF and not truly laced all the way. It's so nice for the back support . Other than that it's kinda meh.
