My butt is bleeding

Hi! So I went to the bathroom today, and when I wiped I saw a ton of bright red blood (honestly looked like the heaviest day of my period) but then I realized it was coming from my butt! I googled it, and it said anal fissures or a hemaroid, but it doesn't hurt or itch. Does anyone else know what it could be?
