Are these red flags?

I was on a date with a man when he said that I need to keep him interested to continue to pursue me? Should I have to work for someone's attention? He has also told me that he loves me, a month before we even went on our first day and said it after we had our first day. He called me future (his last name) the same night as the date. He was also telling me what he went through in his last relationship and he recently unblocked her number but, other than that it went good. We've known each other for a few years, had an interest in each other for quite some time but, never went out and had in depth conversations like that before so I guess I was/maybe still am hopeful. Maybe he is not who I wished he would be. I also have some fears that I will get my heartbroken.
