Am I developing PUPPPs?

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and started getting these itchy red spots on my lower belly I'm not sure what I can take medicine wise but i haven't started using any new creams or eating differently, I have changed my detergent or body sprays, does anyone think this looks familiar or can help me identify what this is? I read that PUPPPs develops most often in the last trimester so I'm not sure what this could be?
