In need of support/advice

Hi everyone. I'm Kayla and I'm currently 6 Weeks & 5 days and I'm scared I'm loosing another baby within just a few months. It started as spotting after intercourse 3 nights ago and has progressed to clots the size of a child's fist and heavier blood flow than my heavy periods. Horrible pain that wraps around my entire lower back and abdomen. I went to the ER last night where they did blood work and an ultrasound. The doctor said the babe measures at 5 weeks and 5 days and had a very low heart rate of 84 bpm. I'm absolutely devestaed that this is happening again... I've been pregnant 7 times and have 3 babies. Everyone keeps saying just be glad you have the ones you have and you have too many kids anyway no big deal. I'm hurting physically and emotionally and have nobody but my fiance for support. I don't know what to do...😢
