Why am I bleeding after sex???

Not every time, but there has been a few times when I have bled after having sex. Is this normal??

I've only bled after sex if there want any foreplay and I was too dry so something tore down there (has happened to both my vagina and my ass... both are pretty painful). You could also bleed if your cervix takes a pounding, but all of the above should only be small amounts of blood (unless you have an issue with heavy bleeding or thin blood).
