I'm really nervous about the scarring & the pain of recovery, but I'm preggo with twins & twin B is breeched. Please share your experience with me & any tips that will help me recover faster🙏🏽

This is my scar 6 weeks out. It's very low, almost into my pubes so I don't worry about it showing. Recovery was rough. It's still sore and numb but I'm finally starting to feel better. I was off pain meds before my 2 week appointment but the surgeon said a lot of women still feel like they need them at that point. It's really important to take it easy and let yourself heal. It is major surgery after all!

I don't have a pic right now but my incision is not on my stomach it's on my vagina.. So I can wear a bikini and you still won't see it. I guess this isn't normal.. But everyone is saying it's because I had a women doctor she was being considerate lol

Sorry tmi lol it's still swollen and half the tape came off but mines super low. I would maybe ask if they could do yours like this? Because no one will ever see my scar unless they take my pants off lol this is 11 days pp and the red is my stretch marks

Best advice is get up and move around. I am 10 days out from my operation and no longer in any pain. I was going up and down stairs on day 4 but they gave me oxy and Motrin. The Motrin took the pain away, the oxy made me sleepy and disoriented so I stopped taking it after day 3. But seriously as soon as they take you on your first walk get up and move around I noticed when I sat in the hospital bed was when I felt like shit. Have hubby or mom hold your hand and help you out of bed and to walk
