36w So let me get this straight

.it's completely normal to have constant back pain cramps Braxton Hicks and contractions until you either can't breathe can't walk or are bleeding. because these cramps are kicking my ass and I already know there's nothing I can do about it supposedly right? so I'm supposed to feel like this everyday all day for the next 3 to 4 weeks am I right?
