Something weird happened to me today

This may be TMI but something weird happened to me today. We went to the state fair and after walking around for a few hours I of course had to use the bathroom so i go in and put tissue on the seat as normal did my business and got up to wipe then went to flush the toliet and there was blood drops on the tissue i had put on the seat. I wiped again to see if it was coming from me but i didn't see any blood. I made sure i inspected the seat before putting the tissue down. Im lost. Is this normal? Im 26 w 3 days.
