Xulane patch- when for pregnancy?

I am planning on going off my patch, and becoming careless with my SO of 7+ years, and going away for our anniversary (perfect time to try!!!) Already have an 18 MO boy. I'm on the patch and have side affects which include low libido during my period week, (which I choose to skip bc of the withdrawals) any suggestions on how long before we "try" so that I can time this out? So I can be interested and be on our little timeline?
